Blind Men Can’t See: Discovering Causes
Ever think you had something handled only to find out later it wasn’t actually handled?
Even worse: ever think something was resolved only to discover the solution used had actually made things worse?!
Or, in trying to get to the bottom of something at work you discover that everyone involved in the situation is giving a different story. And while many of the reasons given may be connected to the problem in some way, none of them seem to permanently resolve things. So the same problem, or some version of it, keeps cropping up again and again.
Now you know that you’re a reasonably intelligent person working with many other capable people… so what’s going on here? Why do certain situations never seem to get handled in a way that allows them to stay handled? Or why do certain statistics keep sliding in the wrong direction?
And on a broader scale…when you look around at other business enterprises, local and national government … why do you sometimes get a queasy feeling that makes you wonder if ‘those in charge’ actually know what they’re doing … After all, what they do or don’t do, will eventually affect your life on some level.
Well you’re not alone. Many have wondered the same thing and would like to be able to have more faith in their leaders and business associates.
Faith in Those Who Lead
People would like to have a little more certainty that those in charge of an area, be it managers at work, the school system, local police, national government, utility companies, name something... can be counted on to operate stably with solutions that help rather than hinder a situation.
They would like to know there is a way to reliably solve things so that wrong solutions aren’t used…the kind that make things worse and produce more anxiety than resolve. That there’s a system that can be counted on to make sense of things…while pointing the way toward workable solutions.
The Answer
There is a system of resolving situations that allows one to move beyond mere symptoms, media opinions, supposed authorities or ‘he-said she-said’ scenarios. A system, which through proper application, restores sanity and viability to any situation. And allows you to become your own authority, because you now better understand basic causes and real remedies.
It is a system of data analysis through an investigative technique – that allows one to get to the bottom of any undesirable situation in order to find the root cause of the problem. And in so doing – be able to easily see the ‘handle step’ that will resolve things.
This brilliant but little known system has restored the sanity of many an executive who was wringing his hands over not finding the real cause of company failure, staff or partner problem, and knowing that if he didn’t find the right answer he might be faced with an on-going financial loss or even business failure.
Not only does this investigative system restore organizational viability and declining profits, but it has even been applied to family situations where family members were so immersed in the ‘blame game’ that no one could see the forest for the trees – let alone resolve a long term situation that was taxing the emotional strength of family members.
Blind Men Can’t See
Man often does not see the real reason for situations, as the real reasons tend to lie buried under a layer of illogic and all manner of ‘explanations.’ So in an attempt to do something…he’s liable to except the first plausible explanation that comes along. Unfortunately, this doesn’t lead to any permanent resolution and is often only a temporary fix at best.
For mere explanations do not result in a recovery of income or staff harmony in the afflicted area, and usually just sends one down a wrong trail toward further confusion. The ‘reasons’ offered up – whether well meaning or not – tend to worsen or delay things from getting better by taxing people’s time and resources. As they do not reveal the actual cause. As mere explanations actually blind a man from seeing the truth. And without the truth, he’s right back down the rabbit hole again…
The real cure to seemingly unsolvable situations, is to apply the Investigations Technology which involves asking certain questions that bring the right information into view, then carefully puling the string on this data, which then leads to the real cause or ‘real why’. The ‘real why’ usually sits hidden just out of view from the other data. And it is this hidden data that is the key to opening the door to complete resolution of the problem. This is why it’s called “Investigations Technology”.
Without the ability to find a Real Why, one is vulnerable to falling prey to a Wrong Why, which has lead people, groups, and even nations astray. Going down the path of an incorrect reason for things can lead to untold frustration and even ruin. For if sanity is knowing the correct path and taking it, then insanity is not being able to discern that there is a correct path…let alone taking it.
If you would have rational companies and groups to work in …make sure this system is applied correctly to any area that is not operating as it should, or even if things are going exceedingly well – as the good has to be reinforced too, so that the real cause of its success can be known and maintained.
Along with resolving mysterious problems that don’t seem to go away, you’ll be restoring harmony and morale to others in the group, as people know deep down when something is wrong, or that the solutions posed by executives seem unworkable … but not having a reliable system themselves to use, they’re more or less at the mercy of those in charge, in the hopes that they will fix it.
So by knowing what an ‘outpoint’ is for instance, and how to get to the bottom of all the other outpoints … one is able to get to the real why of things…which will help to restore company viability and harmony. For the REAL WHY always opens the door to a handling that works! And that handling will lead to improvement so that the envisioned goal can be obtained.
This technology can be applied to situations good or bad, large or small – dispelling many myths along the way – while making lasting solutions possible.
“Only by establishing causes can one cease to be the effect of unwanted situations. It is one thing to be able to observe. It is quite another to utilize observations so that one can get to the basis of things“.
